...except the Penguins are going to lose to the Capitals, who are going to lose to the Red Wings in the Cup Finals.

Hey, we just won two straight against the Caps with one more game at home. We win 3 straight at home, then taking one at Washington should be a breeze.

we are dominating the best of the east(even though they are making excuse after excuse) and we'll beat whoever comes from the penns/caps series.
and then the rematch from the 02 stanley cup finals. canes/wings. that i'm looking forward to seeing

Pitt just won game 5 against Washington, so stick a fork in them. I haven't kept up with the West, but I am assuming like the rest of y'all that it will be Detroit coming out of there. Either way, if its Carolina or Pittsburgh we will have a re-match. And that means ratings for the NHL

Just remember...the Caps were already down 3-1 once in this playoffs.
(And I fucking hated that.)

its 3-2 now, but the Pens are a better team than they played the last round. So no worries

And I take it since the 'Cane's got swept that nobody wanted to mention it in here....
Wings are still taking it this year. But I do have to say that 3 of my top 5 favorite NHL teams were in the final 4 so I could care less... but for those who want to know
TOP 5 1. Red Wings 2. Devils 3. Flyers 4. Penguins 5. Black Hawks
then a relative mashing up of a few teams after them like Bruins, Avalanche, Sharks, Ducks, and Kings.
