Gunit no, but Booker T(as King Booker) held the World Heavyweight Championship on Smackdown. That is what fulfilled his qualification for the Grand Slam.

yeah, Booker was World Champ (Smackdown), Tag Team Champion, IC Champ, US Champ & Hardcore Champ (though, i doubt this was recognized on TV).
QUESTION: Candyman Arachnaman Badstreet Fantasia Freedom Fighter Buzzkill
the names listed have something in common. what is it?

Ok, here is what I gathered after looking a bit closer. Apparently they are calling his US title reign as equivalent to the European title, since the European Title was unified with the Intercontinental Title. Seems fair, since younger WWE talent who came in after the IC and Euro title belts were unified would get screwed out of being a possible Grand Slam Champion simply because they were born at a different time.

i believe there's debate over wether or not the US Title counts as part of the Grand Slam Title. i personally count it, but i know there are people that would disagree. i believe wrestleview had some kind of stink about it on a newsbit, involving JBL.

I qualify it, because with the current title structure on each show(1 world title, one women's title, one tag title and one 2nd tier title) then the US title fills in where the Euro title left off.

Pay attention to Matt's Answer above...
But according to WWE, the US title has yet to be made officially part of the Grand Slam structure. It SHOULD count as its the second tier counterpart to the IC Belt. The European title was replaced by the Hardcore. Now that the Hardcore title is gone... its hard to say how they'll set up the Grand Slam since now they have the ECW championship to also think about and technically no third tier... as thats where the Hardcore title was.

What are all the failed gimmicks of one Brad Armstrong correct! i think Reaper has a valid argument on this debate. the US Title is viewed as the Smackdown equivelant to the IC Title....not as a lesser title. with the Euro & Hardcore Titles out of the picture, there's currently no 3rd tier belt.

Can we please move the Grand Slam discussion somewhere else? This is kind of threadjacking.
From what was understood WWE is limiting the Grand Slam to wrestlers that have either held the Hardcore or European championships at some point in the past and neither the US nor ECW championships are considered worthy yet.

Now, back on topic... lol
Gorilla Monsoon, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, Stan Lane and Ted DiBiase have this in common.
*Hint: I will not accept "Have worked for Vince McMahon" as an question/answer. lol

There has been a good amount of talent that have worked for ECW, WCW, and WWE. Can you list atleast 10 different wrestlers to do so, pre-invasion. Also want to note that you can use the different gimmicks for some guys as they don't always use the same giimmick, but are still credited as being in all three promotions.
Meaning: Lance Storm, Mike Awesome, RVD and any other ECW/WCW talent that came after 2001 wouldn't count along with Rey Mysterio not counting as he didn't enter WWE until 2002.
