I believe that art is something fluid. Not to be defined by intellectuals in thesis papers thirty years from now. Art is alive, it is above definitions. things that were considered garbage in the past are now considered icons of world culture.
So, yes, I think this is art. I also think that it is incredibly disturbing, very gross, and if I never see it again, that wouldn't be so bad.
Anime people, when put in the real world are REALLY creepy.
