According to numerous sources, Scott Hall is expected to appear at the live TNA iMPACT special on January 4th for a reunion with Kevin Nash. There also rumors that Sean "X-Pac" Waltman will be joining them but his return hasn't been confirmed.
Hall and Nash are expected to team up after Nash won the TNA Tag Team Title shot at last night's Final Resolution pay-per-view. Recent reports of Hall at independent wrestling shows have been positive.
While TNA can't use the NWO name because WWE owns it, it looks like the company is planning a reunion of the original members with Hall, Nash, Waltman and possibly Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan.
I've seen this movie before, and the ending sucks ass.

Poison injected.
Looks like Sheamus being champ won't be TNA's linchpin to make a move after all.
Honestly? Fuckin' SHEAMUS? A guy who should've been future endeavoured?

future endeavored... after a mere few months. Thats a little harsh, he's still young enough to learn. Besides, Cena isn't much better than the irishman... either way, a new nWo-like theme with aged wrestlers isn't a good move, unless they did the right thing and put over the new talent.... yeah its a longshot, but unlike most of you I TRY to not get down on ideas before they happen.

I'm a big Sheamus fan, however I think they are rushing him like they did Lesnar. Now, he's got nowhere to go but down. Once you've put a guy at the apex, when he loses the title anything he does after that will be a downgrade. I like the wrestler, just not how he is being used. As far as the NWO in TNA goes, I've seen a couple other reports that confirm Waltman and Hall coming to TNA for their live show on the 4th. I was tempted to watch this show, but if this comes together I don't really care to waste my time.

Not NOT MUCH better. A LOT better.
And wrestlers have gotten fired quicker and for a lot less.

anyone remember D'Lo Brown's last WWE Stint? he lasted all of what.....a month? 2 months? he had all of 1 or 2 TV appearances on Raw.
i believe Eugene was brought back, only to be refired in less then a week. had all of 1 appearance on WWECW.
i think we've seen wrestlers get "future endeavored" for no real reason, whatsoever. usually, the excuse is "we've got nothing (creatively) for you".
i'm not all that huge on Sheamus, to be honest. it's better then having the same old shit with Boreton, John "I wish i didn't have to see him" Cena, HHHepititus, Underseller & whatever other oldtimer that i'm (fortunately) forgetting about.
while it's an improvement on what WWE's been doing, they're still a long way away from being as good as they should be.

In all honesty, the reason WWE is pretty much a shithole isn't so much the "talents" fault and I've been saying it for years and years. What we are being force fed weekly by the WWE is THEIR vision of what these people should be doing. I mean lets look at it from this perspective... and sorry that we're getting SOOOO far off topic BUT
When John Cena and Randy Orton first came into the 'E some years ago, you will see a dramatic dropoff in movesets and style if you watch them now. Its a problem I see more often in WWE than I saw in any other company. As somebody progresses up the ladder there, they gain charachter... but in order to do that, apparently they have to dumb themselves down in the ring.
A smart promoter would pick up on that and then capitalize on it by TRYING to at least write a good storyline and create better characters. TNA sadly has the workers, just not the writing staff. TNA guys (while some are bad and others are good) I think for the most part, go out to that ring and bust their ass to try and create something to try and cover up that lack of good story.
So to me, with the WWE its not the wrestlers fault because theres a lot of them I've seen before they "made it" and I know they can do more but they just aren't being allowed because they have no reason to go all out. Its just kinda always been that way. The late 80's and early 90's pretty much saw the WWF do basically the same kind of thing all the time, but then WCW came around and started trying a new thing and forced WWF to change.... and as much as I would like to see TNA do the same thing, I think we can all agree that on January 4th, the WWE is going to wind up with its average 3.1 or higher rating and TNA will be lucky to even get close to flirting with a 2... and this nWo reunion won't be a factor, and like it or not, even THAT would be a better storyline than anything TNA really has going on at the moment.

I have to say this, if Sheamus doesn't drop the belt before the head-to-head I have reason to believe that those ratings are going to be a LOT closer than one might believe.
Whether you like Cena or not, it's still no reason for the belt to be on Fuckin' Sheamus (which is his new name to me). Like I said, people have been fired for less and a lot quicker. Besides, if I'm not mistaken, D'Lo actually got a fairly positive crowd reaction when he first came back.

Reaper has at least one point that i agree with, for sure. both comanies have plenty of great talent.
in WWE, i would count the following as being good: Christian (he still has something to give) Edge (if used right, he can still produce) Evan Bourne The Miz (he's not as miserable to watch as he was a few years ago....actually shows potential) Cody Rhodes Ted DiBiase, Jr. Kofi Kingston MVP (though, he's starting to suffer from WWE-Style "entertainment") Charlie Haas (does he even wrestle, anymore?) CM Punk Drew McIntyre Dolph Ziggler (better then being a flippin' cheerleader) R-Truth Shelton Benjamin Hurricane Yoshi Tatsu Zack Ryder
Vance Archer.....is that Lance Hoyt? how did they make the dude look so gay, all of a sudden?

Yep, Vance Archer would be the artist formerly known as Lance Hoyt Rock Shadow.

i thought TNA did a good job making Lance look lame with his Lance Rock gimmick. WWE managed to make him look even more pathetic.
