The scene opens in an apartment. The camera is aimed at the living room of the apartment, where Versus Vince and his girlfriend, Valerie Snyder, sit on a couch.
"You know, 4-Up is going to be hardcore."
"Of course I know that. If I make it far enough, that's three potential matches. Two are hardcore, and one has 15 other men."
"I just want you to be careful. It'll be dangerous."
"Relax. It'll be worth it. I'll become the Bad Blood Champion."
"When you first joined, you said that you weren't there for Championships! No revenge, no titles, no selfishness. What happened, Vince?"
"When its right in front of you, you just have to take it. I didn't know how far I would get, and now that I do, I can't let opportunity pass me by. That's why I'm going to do my best to win that match. I was uncertain of victory at WrestleStock II, because I wasn't confident. I hadn't been here long enough to know what I am capable of. Now, I know exactly what I'm capable of. That championship is mine, and it deserves to be around my waist, on my shoulder. You'd like to see me with some gold, wouldn't you?"
"Hell Yeah. I just want you to remember what you came here for. The championship shouldn't be your top priority."
"You're right, I should focus on Guevara and the rest of the Perfect World."
"That's not what I meant. You said you wouldn't worry about revenge either. You dominated Guevara when you two started your rivalry. Now what has gotten into you? Lionheart helped him out, and you got tied up in the business. Next thing you know, Kijar and Seth are in the company? You shouldn't have brought them into this."
"What if I hadn't? Then it would've been Andy Lionheart, Tyler Guevara, Matt Margera & Wench against me. Do you know how much worse that would be?"
"I already interfered in one of your matches, and you won from it. I don't want to become a wrestler."
"I thank you for helping us, but I've never expected you to wrestle. Whether Wench wants some women to face or not, Kijar and Seth are gonna help me finish this eventually. You wanna know why?"
"Why?"
"Because we will be unbeatable."
"You say that now, but they've already booked Kijar and Seth against each other."
"Kijar and Seth are smart, and they can both handle themselves. That match is going to be them against everyone else until the end. Kijar's a fighter, he was trained by Seth, and he trained me. They both know what's good for them, and I know what's good for me."
"You don't get it, do you? If you win your match, you win the Bad Blood Title. If either of them win their match, they get a shot at the Bad Blood Title."
"And a part of me is hoping for that. I've never had a student against teacher match. Whether it'd be Kijar or Seth, I'd look forward to it."
"Then how confident are you about your match?"
"It wont be too hard, it'll just be tiring. The battle royal is full of 15 other men who think they can try their hand on the Versus Scale. I've got news, though. The scale only seats one. Nothing evens out, you could put one million dollars on the other said, but I'd still over power it. There is nothing that can end my dominance. Even a loss wont set me back.
I'm not a huge fan of the Light Tube Deathmatch, but I know for a fact I could win one. The only reason I'm even considering that I'd be one of the first four eliminated is the fact that Andy Lionheart, Wench, and Tyler Guevara are all in the 4-Up Battle Royal. The Perfect World would be just perfect enough to team on me, and get me eliminated instantly. A three-on-one situation is never good for me. If I'm able to get the slip on one, two, or all of them before they get that chance though, I'd be heading into the TLC match.
I've had my share of Tables, Ladders, and Chairs matches, but I've never once been in a Thumbtacks, Ladders, and Chairs match. I know it has the same concept of a ladder match and a TLC match, but without the Tables, and with the addition of Thumbtacks. If htat isn't common sense from the name, I don't know what is. I could handle the TLC match, although If I get far enough for this match, I wouldn't be in it.
In fact, I'd be at a further stage. The Barbed Wire match has to be one of my favorite non-high risk matches of all time. Usually I'm flying high in those kinds of matches, but in something like a Barbed Wire match, I've always surprised everyone else. It could be the concept of Wire that reminded me of my short phase of living on a chicken farm with my Uncle when my parents claimed they 'couldn't handle me.' It could also be because I've been tangled in Barbed Wire the days I snuck out of my house, to go to this chick's house."
Valerie backhands Vince's shoulder with her left hand.
"Its not my fault my dad was so strict! He didn't know you were awesome enough to climb a barbed wire fence."
"Haha, its not hard if you get the hang of it. Anyways... I'd like to be in the Barbed Wire Match, 'cause I have a pretty good idea I could win it. If not though, the Chain Match would be of someone else's taste. Chains bug me. They rattle around, and bounce around like nothing. Its not that I wouldn't try and win, I would just not have all that much of a liking for the match itself.
Bottom line, I'd be okay with getting eliminated 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th. That means I could be in a match I'm used to. Ya know, besides the Thumbtacks part of TLC... Barbed Wire is probably going to be what I'd aim for. And then, when I win the Fatal 4-Way match, I'd go on and bring some Barbed Wire to the Cage of Death match. That's when the fun really begins. Last time I was in a Cage Match, I 'threw away the victory' with a Shooting Star Press off the top of the Cage onto my opponent. Just because I didn't win because of that, doesn't mean I wont do it again. I don't care what kind of move I have to do, I'll excite the fans, and win the match while doing it. If I get into the Barbed Wire match, and bring the Barbed Wire to the ring, it'll be all over for my opponents. I've had more than a few tests with barbed wire.
Wrapping people... or chickens... up with Barbed Wire isn't hard at all. I can do that to anyone I face with the right determination. Don't get me wrong, if it was Kijar or Seth, I wouldn't do something so horrible. But anyone in that match is my enemy, and I will treat them like so. I'm not going to go full out and kill someone, or try and injure anyone... Unless its one of those Perfect World. The four of them can burn in the deepest depths of hell, and that is no exagerration. After I win 4-Up, I will give the Texas Champion a handshake, and congratulate him on his victory over Vincent Matthews. He will present me the Bad Blood Championship, and everything will be happy. The fans will cheer, you will clap, and I will feel proud."
