*the scene opens up in a small training locker room, the room it's self looks weather beaten and as though it's passed it sell by date. Sat in the center of the room on an old wooden chair is Silvus. Water can be heard dripping onto the floor, resting against Silvus's leg is his black baseball bat. *
Silvus: Fear, such a stranfge concept to some what is fear is it a weakness that must be overcome? is it a trait that makes one human. Is fear natural instinct or just something that builds up time after time was we wait for the tick, tock of a the count down clock?
Now here's a question do i know fear? have i ever felt it's cold prickly touch down my spine slowly worming it's way into my thoughts and mind. Yes, I have but then I'm human, and any man who claims to know no fear is a fool. It's not whether or not you feel that fear but whether you let it effect you that becomes the real question. Every time I enter the ring I get a little fear but you see my reaction isn't to back down in a corner and hide, instead i lash out at it and I fight back. I don't let feelings stop me in my pace but I feed off them I let them feul my own adrenaline rush me a cage fighter who has adapted to nearly every match I've been in. Where I'm from I'm an icon a man to look up to and follow for leadership, the matches I've been in have put myself and my opponent through the highest degerees and levels of pain possibly conceived. I am the sort of man who makes a promise and keeps it. A man who has held Hardcore titles, won helliacious matches and always had the fans by my side cheering me on. But do my fans cheer me because I win every match? no my fans would have left if that was the case my fans are by my side win, draw or loss. They are in that arena not because they get to see me face another wrestler and defeat another star.
They come simply because everytime i step inside that ring, something special happens every time. This coming onslaught I step in the ring with one Criss Cassidy, man who has yet to even register he is in this match, to let his fans know that he is there for them and to perhaps attempt to strike some fear into my heart. But here i sit, waiting paitently for that inevitable point in time when he may open his mouth and let the world know he's going to come and teach me to fear him. teach me to respect the man he is, and perhaps throw a few insults my way, but as this hasn't happened yet I must sit here and contemplate my fate. Is Criss Cassidy's quite week an attmpt to psyche me out, does he feel that not speaking out not making himself heard will in some way diffuse who I am and what I am capable of doing? Will he use this silence to make a prayer to some entity for some sort of intervention that will stop the coming heat? I think on this and you know what I have no worries, no fears and no sense of impending doom. Criss Cassidy if your attempt at silence is your only hope of beating me then your going to be in for a rude awakening when the onslaught begins. I am not the man you ignore when you have two weeks to prepare, I am not the person to wait on till the last minute and hope that you can say something inspirational that will make me falter because unless you can pull something out of a magic cap, you going to be on a one way trip to the canvas via Retribution Express.
*Silvus drums his fingers fingers on the throne then stops, he lets a smile touch his lips, and begins to speak once more.*
Silvus: Then we come to the battle royal once again I mentioned this once before but it time i break things down 16 competitors all in the ring, 16 men and women, all fighting for that one chance that one glimpse at facing off against Hellspawn. 16 people including myself all just want to prise away that title from his waist, lets look at those involved shall we in no particular order we have EmoKid, has a little spunk but got no idea what he's getting himself into; Viper, the man who I've faced off against once before and came out on top; Alex Daniels, what do you know i know nothing about this one; Criss Cassidy, the silent one who is to be finding himself facing me twice in this one night; Wench, an old friend who seems to have been given a second chance at the belt.
Then we have Stank Lovve, I know very little about this man and he has managed to be quiet all week long; Rick Roll, the man who believe Tony Bennett knows his name yet failed to realise he never said Rick Roll once; Eddy & Twitch, a tag team duo who are likely to be facing each other as only one man can become the SNW Champion; Omerta, a man who lives off honour, strength and discipline; Rowdy Ronne Yates, another name that is new to me along with Comboy bob johnson; Terell "The Truth" Taylor another quite voice this week.
Which leaves just two names, perhaps I'm being rude here as I speak of these to more then anyone else but to be perfectly honest I only see any real threat from these to men due to my past experience with them. Alexander Draven, The Dark Sun, and my youngest brother you can at times pull of some upset wins but your consistency means your more of a wild card somebody that i need to be weary of, and I promise you this brother when we come to facing off on onslaught it will be a fight to remember. then we come to the real threat the one who can easily take a win just as I could Soul Reaper, you've been quiet as usual though I know just as much as you that your sat back watching everything take place reading everything that happens and planning. You are the one that everyone needs to watch you are the one who could take this battle royal. You are the real opponent in that ring everyone else is just a distraction untill your eliminated, I hope your ready for me Soul Reaper because I plan on winning that battle royal and I plan on taking Hellspawns title from him. Retribution has come to Sports Nutz wrestling and he's not...
*Silvus stands up and walks past the camera, the camera spins round quickly and Silvus's face is in the screen*
Silvus: ...a happy bunny
*the scene fades to black.*
