PRE-SHOW INFORMATION[/U]
Fans arrived at the Scott Anderson Arena early as wrestlers were signing autographs before the show for one dollar a piece. There were three different tent areas that were covered so fans didn’t know who were in them. Fans each got a surprise as unannounced wrestlers were on hand to sign autographs. Those wrestlers were Pixie, Kelly Angel, Ashe Ervine, Nightwolf, Big Daddy Cool, Kyle Krush, and Lloyd Banks.
The wrestlers made sure all fans got an autograph, thus the reason they all showed up about six hours early. At 6pm the doors to the arenas were opened.
DAY ONE MATCHES[/B]
At seven, the lights went dim and the Tron came alive with a picture of Scott Anderson. A video package set to “Start Me Up” played and showed highlights of CGH’s career. As the video ended the fans were on their feet. After two minutes of applause Summer Sammartino made her way out to the ring.
First on behalf of everyone in the back, we want to say THANK YOU for coming out to a show to honor a man so many of us respected and honored. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, a mentor, but above all he was a friend. I remember breaking into wrestling with CGH. Despite the path his career went on he never changed. He didn’t favor anyone over another person. He wouldn’t turn you away if you had a problem. Some people he put difference aside with and started anew. Many never thought that CGH wouldn’t be seen in the NAWA then one day there he was. I’ve never seen so many people smiling just because their friend was joining them again.
I think Scott would be proud of the guys and gals that he mentored and how they sacrificed a lot to be where they are today. We’re always going to hold on to the memories and make sure we continue to make him proud of us.
So Scott, this show is for you. God bless you friend and enjoy what we’re doing for you.
Storm and Phoenix defeated The Dark Fatales (Angel and Pandora) at 13:25. Angel and Pandora controlled the match but a miscue from Angel gave Storm and Phoenix control of the match. The win came after Storm hit Pandora with the TKO. After the match the four women hugged.
“Ecstasy of Gold” played as The Sports Nutz came out.
Dunpork: For those who used to watch our promos from FCW, you would think that we had nothing but bad things to say about the late CGH. But when the cameras were off, that was not the case. In fact, if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have been able to get as far as we have in the professional wrestling industry.
Craig Mueller: I remember as if it were yesterday. After WCE and EWA shut their doors, Viper referred us over to FCW and put in a good word for us to CGH. CGH said he liked what he had seen of our work elsewhere, and asked us if we knew anybody that could help build a big heel stable to feud with Canada's Greatest Stable, and thus the Sports Authority was born.
Gordie: We hadn't been in FCW for very long until CGH decided to put the FCW Tag Titles on George and Craig. And we were honored that he thought so highly of our stable that he decided to put us over in the first ever Stable Wars. And thanks to CGH, we've had the privilege and honor of getting to wrestle some of the best in this industry, including a memorable tag match that George and Craig had against Ric Flair and Batista.
Dunpork: It was also CGH that came up with the idea of Sports Talk, which would soon rival Piper's Pit in popularity. In fact, Piper himself wrote to us and said if there was ever a show he'd pass the torch to, it'd be ours.
Gordie: Well, let's do this one last time for good times sake.
Gordie, Dunpork and Craig: CHOKE ON DEEZ NUTZ!
C-Pac defeated Mike Rutherford at 15:15. The two stayed equal in the match until Mike went for a hurricarana and C-Pac countered with a power bomb. C-Pac quickly took advantage of an opportunity and hit the Fear Factor. C-Pac helped Rutherford to his feet after the match and the two shook hands. . Mike asked for a microphone as C-Pac left.
Scott..man what is there to say about the guy that hasn’t already been said? I remember our days in WVW. Me and Jamie beat him and Matrix to become tag team champions. Scott was the first person to congratulate me. So many times he was there to tell you ‘Hey great job’ even when you thought otherwise. That’s the type of person he was: sincere and real. And I’m always going to remember that. So Scott, thanks for having confidence and never changing since the day I met you. God bless man.
Hardcore Horrors match:

Reported to be a very back and forth match that combined technical wrestling from Cerise and high flying moves from Sarah. Both women came to their feet, hugged, and raised each other’s hand.
Matt Margera and Sports Nutz defeated Xtreme Air Raid at 20:49. Air Riad and Dave took their opponents out with high flying moves before they even got into the ring. After all hell broke loose due to Margera attacking his opponent and all men brawled in the ring, Dunpork and Mueller hit Dave (who was legal) with the Blowout. Sports Nutz celebrated then had a group hug with Air Raid and Dave. The Sports Nutz left the ring with Extreme Air Raid as Matt Marger stood in the ring with the microphone.
I was set to wrestle in FCW right before they shut their doors. Sadly, they shut down before I ever had a match. But later down the road, I still got to work with CGH and his friends, Bobby Eaton III and the Other Team. They helped me grow so much in this business, especially the short feud with Eaton. From what I've been told, CGH pushed for me to the NAWA management to be the NAWA World Champion. He felt that I had what it took to be a top level star in this business, and he wanted to prove the naysayers who said that a "skate punk couldn't be a world champion" wrong. What has always saddened me is that CGH never got to see me win my first and so far only World Championship, as he was killed by a drunk driver just days before the event. For anybody that was paying attention when watching the PPV, when you saw me at the Gorilla Position before I walked out to the ring, you'll see me look into the camera and say "This is for you, Brian," as I dedicated the match to CGH.
The show went into intermission. As the show came back the audience awaited the next match but instead heard “Phantom of the Opera” begin to play. Shadow Weaver came out to a massive pop from the fans.
"We met CGH shortly after we broke into the business. It was the first fed we got into after training. After a couple of months we ended up in a program with the old man. We hit it off quick and worked well together. It helped us develop a lot working with him.
From there we traveled, bled across the world. Who knew it was possible to beat somebody to a bloody pulp, have them do the same to you, and then go out for a drink and a laugh as soon as you were all stitched up. That's the way the old man was though, leave everything on the mat and enjoy the time off it.
It surprised us when he decided to trade his boots for a desk, but we were right there beside him. We did our best to help him produce a successful fed and it was. As time passed he started taking others under his wing and so we were content to watch from a far.
Sadly we started to to lose contact. It was unreal the day we got the news. We couldn't believe it. He was one of the toughest SOBs we'd ever met, how could anything stop him. We figured he'd out live us.
True friends can be hard to find in this business. They make those long hours and hard schedules tolerable. They keep you sane. Never let them go. We can only imagine the stories him and the boys are telling up there. We can only hope that we'll get to hear them one day."
Weaver wiped some tears away and waved to the fans as he headed to the back.

Nick Scott was out five minutes later after O’Shay rolled him up and held on to the tights. O’Brien defeated O’Shay via the Irish Revenge, making O’Shay tap out in the center of the ring.
Chris Kerrigan vs. Jon Michaels went to a time limit draw after an intense back and forth match up. After the match, both men shook hands though Kerrigan watched Jon closely as he made his way to the back.
Emily Rutherford defeated Candy Lovve at 14:22. Candy and Emily fought back and forth for five minutes until candy was able to control the match after a DDT. Candy ha dmany near falls but the match was sealed in Emily’s favor after Candy missed an elbow drop from the top rope. Emily got the pinfall after hitting the Pepsi Plunge. Both Candy and Emily hugged after the match and pointed up to the sky while mouthing “We miss you CGH.”
Krull defeated Stank Lovve at 17:00. The two men brawled around the ring for almost 3 minutes before the match went inside. Stank looked to end it but was hit with a Stygian Desolator out of nowhere. Fans seemed to love this match as it was very back and forth. Stank and Krull shook hands and hugged after the match.

CC:What I want right now is all of your attention as I speak my mind and let your stupid people know what that the team of myself and Alex Daniels are going to stop this little CPR reunion before it even gets off the ground. Sycotic Cage Match:
Syco Boy defeated Viper. The match was a bloodfest as both men used the cage and weapons to their advantage. Viper looked to exit the cage after finding the pliers hide under the third turnbuckle but Syco took him out with a DDT from nowhere and follwed it up with a flying Syco after getting a ladder out from under the ring. Syco cut his way out and won. After the win, Syco helped cut a bigger path out of the cage. Viper patted him on the back and raised his hand as both men shook hands.
After the match, all the wrestlers involved came out to the ring and watched a final video tribute set to “My Sacrifice” by Creed. Kelly Angel took to the ring and thanked the fans for coming out for the show and encouraged them to come back tomorrow for the CGH Tournament Cup.
Thanks to Matt and Weaver for their thoughts on Scott.
