The scene fades into a physical therapist's office where Venom in a pair of gym shorts and a t-shirt with cut off sleeves is getting his left knee looked at. He appears to be showing signs of pain in his face. However, they seem a bit exaggerated, along with the accompanying screams.
Venom-"Damn it all, not so hard. I swear to God I blew my knee out, and I wasn't ready for that match. That loss was a fluke., You hear me Ross, a FLUKE!"
Venom tosses something in the direction of the physical therapist who ducks out of the way at the last minute. After dodging Venom's throw, he slowly inches out of the scene. Following this, Venom walks up to the mirror, looks at it and seethes.
Venom-"Ok, you know what, so maybe it wasn't a fluke? That kid just got me by surprise and he got the upper hand and took away the "W" that night. Well, in case everybody in the locker room has forgotten, I ALWAYS live to fight another day. So next time I step into the squared circle, they will see the old Venom.
The Venom who has won championship gold in virtually every company I've stepped foot in. I've in this organization for only 5 to 6 years, starting at age 18, but if it doesn't feel like I've been in it for so much longer and I'm going my mid-forties by the end of the month instead of 25. But I'll be damned if I let that stop me from reaching the pinnacle of this sport again.
I just can't wait to see their faces when I show them once again what I can accomplish when I'm giving my best."
Venom slowly strolls out of the physical therapists office with an evil smile from ear to ear across his face as the scene comes to a close.
