"The Excellent Gordie" Gordon Heath has announced that at 4 Up, Andrew Smith will be defending the SNW Texas Tag Team Titles by himself against the Alley Ratz, while Mike Rutherford will take part in the unique 4 Up tournament. When questioned about whether this was a breach of Andrew Smith's new contract, Gordie stated that it was not as Smith's new contract only guaranteed that he wouldn't have to take part in hardcore matches if he didn't want to. Gordie pointed out that this handicap match was not a hardcore match, and would be a regulated wrestling match.

SNW.com tried to reach Andrew and Mike about the SNW Texas tag Team title match at 4 Up. While unable to get in touch with Rutherford, Smith answered our calls. He had the following to say.

" Old Gordie is still sore about me revealing he was getting freaky with a sex doll. Instead of being fair and honest, he had to pull a power move. It sickens me to know that he, Mueller, and Dunpork are abusing their powers. Trust me when I say that I will not lose the SNW Texas Tag Team titles and that the morons known as the Sports Nutz will be dealt with accordingly."
