I noticed one comment said "Oh that story is nine months old. That girl has a history of prank calling 911." Wouldn't be surprised if it was the officer himself or one of his friends posting that.

i've seen & heard of a lot of 9-1-1 calls that were poorly handled. reminds me of one case where someone had to call 9-1-1 from a hospital. the person they were with couldn't get treated by the medical staff, throwing up blood & all that junk. the dispatcher pretty much refused to help out. a janitor even cleaned up around the person, as they layed their dying.
the person that threw up the blood eventually died at the hosptial.
