The WWE released Kennedy! Wonder what the reasoning behind that was. Injury? Tested positive for something he shouldn't had? Great...just grear. You know he's going to head to TNA.

He's injury proned. He's been sidelined what twice with major injuries and from whats been reported he injured his wrist again on his return at Raw this past Monday. The thing is, he's pretty much outshined a lot of the people they want to keep as Midcarders, so he's only useable as a Maineventer... but since he keeps getting injured, they don't want to put stock into him... and so he's gone.
And if its some other reasoning like testing positive for something... well then I have a few theories. His injury could have made them prescribe him something that would have screwed up a test. Now that being said, being fired for something that was out of your control and was prescribed would be wrong and unjust.

Jesse Ventura gets injured, and becomes one of the greatest color commentators in the history of WWE(when it was WWF).
Kennedy gets injured and gets released? You can't tell me that they couldn't use a good heel commentator.

Again, I will go back to whats been reported lately and from what I read they ALSO don't want their commentating team to be any kind of star. So they dumb down the commentators to the point of lame and don't give them any real recognition. Once Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler are gone, its just gonna be your average commentating to where they don't really put anything into it... I'm sure you've been watching lately... take out Ross from Smackdown and take out Lawler from Raw and insert another boring douche and that'll wind up being your commentary.

Matt Striker seems pretty unique over on ECW. He uses big words and gives us random information mid match, which is awesome and definitely sets him apart from Josh Mathews, Todd Grisham and Michael Cole.
As far as Kennedy goes, this plays into TNA's hand horribly well. They've had Raven come back, Victoria debut, Shane Douglas come back, Elijah Burke is expected to debut on camera soon. Now add Kennedy to that list as far as I'm concerned. Don't be surprised to see him show up sometime around No Surrender. TNA's really starting to build up their roster again and gain momentum and unfortunately for WWE, Kennedy possibly going to TNA just adds to it.

TNA won't figure out how to use the talent properly. that's been one of their biggest problems. they can do things well, but only to a limited degree. with Russo as their booker, there's no real hope of getting anything done right.
plus, Kennedy will still find a way of getting hurt. he's like Kevin Nash and/or Ahmed Johnson. if a fan blows on him too hard, he gets a serious injury.
