Alright, result explanation time: Jade Claypool vs Bianca De LucaIt was hard to pick a winner here. Shaggy and Fawn, you both made strong cases for your characters, and had strong counterpoints. In the end, there was a tie in the voting, so that's why I went with a no-contest. And instead of just having your average double count out or double dq, I had the match break down into an all out brawl going into the lounge area that I hope you all enjoyed. ;D Rev X vs Chapter Six vs Destruction CrewFirst and foremost, Moxie, the issue I had with the RP this week was not the timing of when it was posted as you got it in the day before deadline with just a one week window, but rather the time and setting for the RP. With the RP being posted on Thursday, it didn't make a whole lot of sense for the RP to be taking place Saturday night immediately after Onslaught went off the air. Not to mention that the upcoming match wasn't announced during the show, so there's no way Revolution X would've known about the match right off the bat. JD, while I did laugh as usual, the only complaint that the staff had when voting on the RPs was how it was the same setting from the week before. I don't have a problem with going back to a familiar setting time and again, just don't get stuck in a rut. Speaking of which, Jugg, that was my only issue with your RP, that you seem to be stuck in a rut having the guys in front of the banner. But other than that, the content itself was great. In the end, you all negated each other when it came to setting, so it basically boiled down to this: Moxie, you had great content, but the setting and a lack of sense of urgency(still waiting till late in the week, even though it wasn't the day of the deadline) hindered you. Jugg, you edged out JD in the content department. And Jugg, you had such a sense of urgency as for the timing of when you posted your RP. As for why Destruction Crew took the pin, it was two-fold: one, since the settings negated each other, Moxie's promo had more content to it and wasn't droning on and on(take notes on that RP, Darth). And two, it'll help Destruction Crew more with the War Games storyline, as I know you can build on that. And before I finish here, Moxie, for the record, your RP would've won had you posted it right after the card was posted, or the day after as the setting would've made sense then, other than Rev X knowing about the match so soon. Chris Angel/Y Kores vs Age of SIN/CyanideFirst and foremost, Reaper had notified me ahead of time that he would not be able to RP due to circumstances beyond his control, but wanted me to go on with the matches as planned and job his guys out if need be, but I tried not to bury them because I'm not going to begrudge someone trying to get a job and trying to make some money. Anywho... Jillie, I loved how you killed off the Motor Machine Guns bit, and how you were still able to portray Petrina as not the sharpest knife in the drawer. And I liked how you had Y Kores a bit doubtful about trusting Chris Angel, but resting assured that it would be a good idea. And the bit with the fan was hilarious. Viper, you're continuing to get better. I love the development of the group, how Doomsday and Xalar Malum always manage to throw Linkin Strife under the bus, making hiim the whipping boy of the group. The only thing I would've liked was more mention of Cyanide as he was your partner in the match. Angel, great effort as well. Would've liked to have seen you run a bit with what Jillie had said in her promo(the rumor mongering idiot that was talking to Y Kores for example), like having Angel mention that guy or whatever. And more mention of Age of SIN would've been nice. But you did manage to keep your angle going with Cyanide. In the end, I had Cyanide take the pin and Age of SIN walking out on him because I felt it was unfair to punish Viper for Reaper not being able to RP. Goryokaku vs OmertaThis is a match that had previously had a pre-determined outcome. We were going to have Omerta's title shot on the line for either guy to win, but Sil, you practically destroyed Aaron here so there was no reason for Gory to lose to Omerta by DQ, then manage to injure him post-match. That's why Shaggy wrote the promo where Craig came out and announced that Gory wouldn't win the contendership should Omerta lose(due to Sil agreeing not to receive a title shot for two months for when he no-showed awhile back). And I spoke of this earlier about sense of urgency. Aaron, just because this previously had a pre-determined outcome doesn't mean you could just mail it in. I understand being busy and all that, but I do see all your posts on Facebook. If you have time to post on Facebook, you have time to work on your promos. Jack Clinton vs Soul ReaperKind of a no-brainer here. Freak, you earned the victory outright, even though Reaper was unable to RP. So I stuck with Clinton getting a clean pinfall finish, then ran with the riot at the end of the show to help build heat for everyone at Summer Bash. Now even though this was the main event, I did write this as a summary. What it boiled down to was there was no sense of wasting a full length write up for someone who wouldn't be able to RP, yet somehow not manage to bury them going into the PPV. So I went with the summary result, and hopefully the post-match all out brawl more than made up for it. Plus, us writers needed to save our energy for the PPV anyway, which will be all full length results. lol

Great show peeps! Way to leave your team hanging, Age of SIN. Classy. Anyway, I noticed that Petrina didn't get tagged into the match - any reason for that, or was she just overlooked?

Just a mistake on my part, I thought I had everyone in the match. Writing 8 people in a match is not easy, and I probably just got confused in who I had in there. It was not intentional I can assure you.

No worries. I feel your pain, trust me. I was just making sure it wasn't my fault.

Well the match was a summary, was it not? We can just assume that at some point she was tagged in

BTW, after reading over some of the RPs again, I might have been a bit too hard as far as showing more focus on opponents go. Don't get me wrong, don't blow off the people in your match, but I can see the argument where people may not have a lot to go off on.
