It's called "The Circus: Live Fast Die Young" produced by Monday Night Videos. I saw their official trailer on the website, and Youtube provided me with another longer trailer which I posted above. It was slated to be released Spring 08, however its now near the end of Summer 09 and I haven't found where to order it. It looks really interesting, I'm trying to find a copy of it somewhere if it indeed exists.
