Honestly, with Jeff's track record, I can't say I'm surprised. I'm a firm believer oif innocent until proven guilty, but it's so hard to not believe it especially in this day and age of drug abuse, living fast, and dying way too young... I don't want to come across as a cynic, but it's really hard to have faith when people already have prior strikes against them.

The Charlotte Observer is reporting that local law enforcement raided Jeff Hardy's Cameron home at about 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning after receiving information developed by the Fayetteville Police Department.
The newspaper says Hardy was at home with "his wife" when the raid took place. Presumably, she is his fiancee Beth. She was not arrested.
Chief Deputy Neil Godfrey of the Moore County Sheriff's Office said the case remains under investigation and further charges are possible. He declined to say whether the additional charges could be against Hardy or others.
He added it's too early to determine whether the drugs found in Hardy's home were for personal use or distribution to others.

Another news update from prowrestling.com
Jeff Hardy's first court date will be on Wednesday, September 30th. Hardy will face charges of felony possession of cocaine, felony drug trafficking of opium, 2 count of felony possession withintent to redistribute a Schedule III drug, maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hardy's trafficking charges relate to the weight of the pills he had. If he can provide a legit prescription for some or all of the painkillers, the weight would be reduced which would make some of the charges reduced or even dropped.

Jeff Hardy seriously shot himself in the foot, on this ordeal. even by some fluke, he manages to get acquitted on all charges, he's going to have a hell of a time trying to gain employment. it's a safe bet that his reality show is scrapped (most likely). i can't imagine WWE, TNA, or any other promoter hiring him anytime soon, especially while the legal issues are hanging over his head. if he is acquitted on everything, who'd want to take the chance?
