OK, if you're creating trouble for the fed, this is where you end up. I will create the thread. I will state who the offender is and what their offense is. Should someone point out to me who the alleged offender is and their alleged offense, I will simply list the offender, then will allow the person reporting the offender to make their case(if it's me making a report of the offender, I will plead the case against them).
The accused will then be able to plead their case. Members of this efed(everyone, including non-staff members) can chime in with their two cents, but keep it civil. After the offender has pled their case and people have chimed in, then Reaper will look over everything that is posted and will hand down his decision.
