The bright lights and loud sounds are not exactly what you would expect from a place with the word Darkness in the name, nevertheless the Darkness Casino has all this and more. However, the common folk are not the scene at this point it is the VIP section of the casino. Sitting alone in one of the booths, a personal TV is showing old AWA matches to the viewer. Said viewer is the SNW Texas Champion Vincent Matthews, who looks to be somewhat concerned yet interested in the classic wrestling he is partaking in.[/i]
It’s such a shame when I have to do things like this, it really is. I realize that Gavin Tyler and Bianca De Luca were nothing but dirt and would result to taking shots at innocent people, however the conduct I saw from two former champions honestly makes me sick to my finely sculpted stomach.
Jade is not with me, as judging by the despicable hate speech spewed by Soul Reaper and Cyanide at their pre-match party. You think you’re sly and clever don’t you Reaper, naming your bulldog after my most beloved. Associating your dog with a beautiful woman, implying that she is a dog and saying that the dog is going after meat implying that she might be some sort of promiscuous lady is inaccurate and blatantly false. That’s OK though, as of late that’s how you operate. Trying to draw me offside by insulting the one human I care the most about, well guess what you did exactly that. You have drawn my ire, and contrary to what your little peanut brains probably process that is not what you wanted to do.
You also want to question my work ethic, saying that I have to work hard to be a champion and you have to be Soul Reaper. Well, being Soul Reaper isn’t working real great for you right now since you aren’t the champion. Right now Soul Reaper is someone who has resulted to the tactics of Jack Clinton to try and make you sound impressive. However, let me ask you something Reaper. When you train those students in your dojo, when you tell them how to execute a proper armbar or sidewalk slam and they ask you how you became a champion what do you tell them? Do you act as cocky as you have and tell them “I’m Soul Reaper, that’s how.” If so, then every student you have should walk out that door and never see the inside of your facility again. Being Soul Reaper doesn’t make you a champion at all, and the fact that you have the gall to think it does just shows that I did the right thing by taking this belt at Summer Bash and putting it around my waist.
You keep mentioning this favor that you did me by letting me become the champion, and that I should be thanking you and some other mumbo jumbo. Of all the things that you said, of all the rhetoric that you have espoused this could quite possibly be the most sickening. Why can’t you just accept that you lost, why must you try and drag out this pitiful façade and try to convince these swine that you so graciously allowed me to keep this belt when deep down in the darker reaches of your soul you know I beat you fair and square and that I am the rightful carrier of this title. Do you think great men like Fritz Von Erich, High Chief Peter Maivia, Stan Stasiak, Jimmy Snuka, and Wahoo McDaniel ever doubted their own ability when they lost this very same title years before we were even born? No, they didn’t. They got back up, they trained harder and when the time came they rose to the occasion and won their title back. You want to live in the past, while I live in the present and aspire to the future. This is why I am the champion now, and there is a good chance you never will be again.
When tomorrow comes you will see that I am right, and you are wrong. I will pin you, Jade and I will be announced the victors, and you will become nothing but a footnote. A result for a show that when people look back at my illustrious career and see this particular night and this particular match. Make no mistake about it, I may be young and I may not be as savvy as most but I am the SNW Texas Champion and you can be damn sure that I deserve it. [/b]
