Why the hell doesn’t WWE bring back their Cruiserweight title? They have lots of CW’s that won’t get a push otherwise. They could even make it a tri-brand title.
Evan Bourne Chavo Guerrero Jr Jamie Noble Kofi Kingston The Miz Primo colon Jimmy Wang Yang Kung Fu Naki Rey Misterio Slam Master J (Jesse) Tyson Kidd The Hurricane Yoshi Tatsu
Guys in developmental:
Brett DiBiase Kaval (aka Low Ki) Curt Hawkins Caylen Croft (aka Chris Cage)

I think Miz and Kofi are doing just fine with a US Title feud. Then again, this is WWE we're talking about.
If I had things my way, I'd go ahead and unify all three world titles(Raw, Smackdown and ECW), unify the Women's and Diva's Title, keep the IC and US titles(make them for whatever show they want those titles on), and then bring back the Cruiserweight Title, and make it tri-branded. Maybe even give it a different name to distance itself from some of the shit champions it has had, and also to not pidgeon-hole someone who may somehow become a main eventer(if Rey Mysterio and Chris Jericho can do it, why not?). Something like a No Limits Championship or somesuch.

I like having the main title for each brand - WWE, WHC and ECW titles. I wouldn't unify those. At least not until they get rid of ECW completely and merge it with Smackdown.
I'd unify the Women's and Diva's titles. (Why the fuck are there two of those belts anyway?)
Keep: Intercontinental, United States and Tag Titles the way they are for now. There aren't enough tag teams to split the tag titles between the brands again.

i'd definately unify the World Titles. no need to have 3 seperate World Titles. defend the title on all 3 brands. there's no longer a need for seperate titles, especially since there's not enough challengers for all 3.
i'd leave the IC & US Titles alone, for the time being.
the Tag Titles would remain unified, for now. maybe if we can gain enough tag teams, which is highly unlikely, we can seperate the titles.
i'd actually leave the Women's & Divas titles alone. there seems to be sufficient women, on either brand, to maintain seperate titles.
since there's plenty of smaller wrestlers in WWE (Cruiserweights & smaller Heavyweights), WWE could have something like an X Division Title. obviously would want to change the name of it, but something along those lines. make it a title that would allow for faster ring action. allow for the flyers (Bourne, Yang) to go at it. technical wrestlers (Guerrero, Noble) would still be able to have great matches in this particular division, too.
if WWE would give some flexibility in their matches, i would name it the Xtreme Championship.
