The scene fades into a hospital room where Katrina is lying in a bed. Matt is beside her watching over her as he holds her hand. After some time, the doctor walks in and Matt looks up.
DOCTOR: It appears Katrina suffered a worse concussion than I originally thought. It was really too soon for her to return to action in the ring.
Matt's look of concern turned to one of rage.
MATT: You mean all of this goes back to her injury where Strickler kicked her?
The doctor nodded.
DOCTOR: I'm afraid so. She should be fine in a month or so. Just keep her out of the ring until then. I'll draw up papers and we will release her in the morning. I just want to watch her for another night and there's no point in waking her when shes resting so well.
Matt nodded to the doctor who left and gazed to Katrina. This was it. He was going to do something. Strickler wasn't getting away with hurting Katrina. The scene faded as Matt leaned over and kissed Katrina on the forehead.
