first thought. if you got a package & you have no idea who it's from or why it's at your place, wouldn't you be suspicious? i don't know about the rest of you, but the only stuff i get (mail, packages, etc) is from people that i'm familiar with. i don't go around just taking stuff from people or companies without knowing why.
for Jeff Hardy to accept a package without having a clue is BS. i personally think that he was waiting for something, to begin with.
if most of the drugs that were in Jeff's possession came from the package, this could make things difficult for the government to prove. while i'm not all that convinced by Jeff's "innocence", it wouldn't be hard to claim that he's being framed, either. a sting was setup by police after an allegedly anonymous tip came in. do cops set up stings that readily, simply because of "tips"? are they that quick to take action, just because an unnamed tipster claims that something is true? i thought there was something like Due Process.
i think that while Jeff was likely up to something, i feel that there's some bullshit going on with the cops. don't expect much to happen to Jeff. he'll most likely walk.
