Concerning the EWS awards

I'd really like to encourage our members to vote for Packer's awards. He does a top notch job, and it'd be a good thing for our community to cast some votes. Regardless of who you vote for(it wouldn't just kill you to vote for SNW people by the way), it's easy to do and unlike every other election your vote actually does matter.
