Recently caught up on the whole WWE-Bret Hart storyline, I know I'm late but I've been occupied and just now got to it. After seeing it, I've got to say that I've really got mixed feelings on it. I like the idea, I really do. Bret Hart still has a lot vocally to offer, so if they want to bring him in to do promos and work with The Hart Foundation I'm all for it. I think people like The Rock would be great just on the mic if they never wrestled another second in their lives. Bret is one of those people, and with his past stroke issues I totally understand that seeing him wrestle is most likely out of the question.
However, going solely off of what I've seen so far I'm not liking how this is going. The Shawn Michaels embrace I'm good with, that seemed to work real well. What they are doing with Vinnie Mac however doesn't forecast out to be real good. If this had been a one night thing, and all the hatchets had been buried yes it would have been predictable but in this case there's nothing wrong with that. Now, they are going to draw this out to WrestleMania most likely, and that's just going to be way too long. I could be way off base here, but the writing on the wall doesn't seem like it'll end well for the fans.
