From here on out, if someone posts a request and you want to fill it, make a post in their thread stating that you'll fill it. And once someone makes a post that they'll fill said request, you cannot undermine them by posting your own banner/avatar what have you. If someone says they're filling the request and you go ahead and fill it yourself, your post will be deleted and you will receive a warning for the first strike. Second strike will be the same punishment and you will receive a public warning on the boards. Third strike, and you're gone.
