The scene faded in outside of Reaper's Dojo. A black dodge ram with tinted windows pulled up and parked outside. The door opened and out stepped none other than Wench. Dressed in a long black trench coat she grabbed a bag and paused looking up at the dojo for a moment before shutting the door and walking inside.
There were some guys sparring as Cyanide shouts out instructions in the ring and she watched them a moment. Cyanide spots her and tells the guys to take a break and he walks over to her.
CYANIDE: What the hell are you doing here?
Wench smirks and looks around the dojo before looking back up to Cyanide.with a serious look.
WENCH: This is a training facility is it not? I came here for some training.
Cyanide scowled at her smart ass remark.
CYANIDE: Smart ass.
She looked around again.
WENCH: Is Reaper here? I need to speak to him.
CYANIDE: He's in the office but why do you need him for?
Wench gazed over to the office door and back to Cyanide.
WENCH: I need a favor.
Wench walked off toward the office as Cyanide headed back toward the ring shaking his head some and yelling at the two guys that break time was over and to get back in the ring.
Wench paused at the door and knocked. Reaper's voice came from inside to enter.
Wench opened the door and Reaper looked up from his desk.
REAPER: What are you doing here?
Wench dropped her bag and moved to sit in a chair across from Reaper.
WENCH: That seems to be the question of the hour. Look, I need a favor. A really, really big favor.
REAPER: You want my help, don't you?
Wench sighed and nodded.
WENCH: It is why I'm here. Look, you and I go way back...We've known each other for what, 7 or 8 years now?
Reaper nodded.
REAPER: Sounds about right. Go on.
WENCH: I know, I've come to you before, and well, I was a bitch about things and they didn't turn out so well. But I am facing one of my biggest challenges Saturday and I could really use some intense training.
Reaper chuckled.
REAPER: That's an understatement. You always were a stubborn little one. Even way back when I first met you in the PWA you wouldn't listen and do what was best. Time and time again I have tried to help you. Time and time again you wouldn't listen.
Wench gazed at him, seeming to lose hope that he'd help her.
WENCH: I know. I know. I want this title, Reaper. I want it more than any other title I have ever held. I mean, if I can beat Jackson, it will be a huge accomplishment I can add to my list and it will prove to me and everyone else out there that I am not getting too old to do this. So, will you help me?
REAPER: Do you think you can listen and do as I say without objection or question?
Wench nodded.
WENCH: I can and I will. You've faced him before, more than once even. You know how he performs in the ring. I mean, yeah, Matt has gotten me tapes, and those help, but having someone who has faced him before to train me can make a huge difference and give me a huge advantage.
REAPER: First of all, he's not as good as he likes to think he is. Secondly, you, Wench, you are better that you think you are. And with my help, you'll be even better.
Wench grinned an evil grin that hasn't been from her in a long time.
WENCH: I can't thank you enough.
REAPER: So, what does Matty boy think about you coming to me for help?
WENCH: He doesn't know yet. But like I said, I will go to any lengths to win this title. I mean, yeah, you aren't on his list of favorite people and I've really learned everything I can from him, but I need more. Still, I don't think he's going to be too happy with me, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
Hopefully he'll see this for just what it is. A way to regain what's mine.
Reaper smirked and nodded.
REAPER: Very well. I see you brought your gear with you. Why don't you go change and meet me out by the ring.
Wench chuckled and stood and opened her trench coat revealing her ring gear on under it.
Reaper laughed as he stood up.
REAPER: Oh I see. You were so sure I was going to train you?
WENCH: No, but I hoped you would. That's my clothes to change into when we're done.
The two walked out to the ring and Cyanide paused the training a moment.
REAPER: Who wants to train with my returning student?
STUDENT 1: But sir, she's a girl. I don't want to hurt her.
Wench growled and looked at Reaper.
WENCH: You do have a disclaimer that if they get hurt you aren't responsible right?
Reaper chuckled an almost evil laugh.
REAPER: Yeah, I'm covered if there's an injury. They sign papers they train at their own risk.
The other student slides out of the ring.
STUDENT 2: She's all yours Joe. You obviously have no idea who she is so I'm going to laugh when she, in the words of Stone Cold, stomps a mud hole in your ass and walks it dry.
JOE: Shane, I don't know what you've been smoking if you think that little woman can even come close to competing with me.
Wench has taken off her trench coat and silently slid into the ring behind Joe. She looks at Reaper for the ok and he smirks and nods.
SHANE: You might want to turn around.
Joe turns around and is met with a Benihana to the face and he falls backward. He lies there staring up at the lights. Wench walks over. Reaper, Cyanide and Shane burst out laughing. And Reaper slides into the ring.
WENCH: You have a long way to go if you ever want to make it to the big time.
REAPER: Get out of my ring so I can train a serious student.
Joe rolls out of the ring and Reaper and Wench lock up and Cyanide slides into the ring to act as a referee. In a struggle for power, Wench manages to push Reaper back and out of nowhere she hits Cyanide with a benhana as well and slides out of the ring as Reaper moves to grab her.
REAPER: What the hell was that for?
WENCH: Its all about respect.
Reaper seethes and Shane and Joe look on in shock as Wench makes her way to the exit where Matt stands and kisses her as they head out.
MATT: I have something you need to see.
Matt and Wench get into Matt's Silver Silverado. He hands her a portable DVD player where he has burned James Jackon's speech to a disk.
MATT: Where do you want to go for dinner? And watch that.
WENCH: Chili's
Wench opens the player and watches the tape. She gets a look of anger on her face.
WENCH: He doesn't even want the title...
MATT: I know.
WENCH: He must be stupid too. If he loses he gets a shot at a shot for the SNW Texas Championship. If he wins, I get that shot.
Matt laughed.
MATT: No one ever said he was smart. Let's just think about this later and enjoy a nice dinner together.
Wench sighed and nodded. She closed the top of the portable DVD player.
WENCH: Well...he's going to have one angry Wench on his hands come Saturday, and he'll learn just like everyone else...I mean what I say when I say that on Onslaught, I WILL walk out as the Von Erich Memorial Champion.
The scene faded as they pulled up and parked at a local Chili's.
