Name of Manager/Valet: The Gambler
Who they manage/valet: The Destruction Crew
Appearance description: pic base-Johnny Cash
Height-6'2"
Weight-245 lbs.
Reno, NV
Backstory: Prior to joining pro wrestling, The Gambler made a living & reputation as a professional gambler. Gambler made his rounds in gambling meccas all over the world, frequenting Atlantic City, Vegas & Reno (to lesser extents) the most. Things went well for Gambler until various insiders in Nevada & Atlantic City caught wind of some "underhanded" tactics.
It wouldn't take long for Gambler to be forced into leaving the pro gambling ranks. Needing a quick hussle, Gambler quickly joined the ranks of Independant Wrestling. His experience as a scammer allowed Gambler to quickly succeed in the Indy promotions. His success quickly gained him a roster spot with SNW Rival, WRF. During his tenure in WRF, The Gambler earned three title runs as United States Champion, a move that was unprecedented for the Championship.
Soon after his third reign began, his past caught up with him. A mafia hit had been place on Gambler, forcing him into protective custody for an unknown amount of time. Finally, in recent months, a friend in the Mob was able to remove the hit, allowing Gambler to go about life as normal.
Needing a fresh paycheck, Gambler once again decided to get back into wrestling. However, regulations have tightened up, making it much harder for The Gambler to gain a wrestling liscense. However, a loophole has allowed him to gain a managerial liscense, which Gambler decided to use as a means of getting a foothold back into the biz. While gaining a manager's liscense was easy enough, gaining clients would prove to be hard part...that is, until he spent a night in a rat infested hotel in El Paso.
Gambler was trying to get a room for the night when he encountered the Destruction Crew. Being familiar with each other's work & lifestyle, they quickly hit it off. Each side, wanting to take a gamble, decided to do business....feeling that they could all earn bigger paychecks by working together.
