The shot opens up to Reaper sitting at a poker table with poker chips at his side and two cards in front of him and two cards at the place next to him. There are five cards laid out in the middle of the table like Texas Hold'Em and we see Reaper staring at them blankly. On the table is a 4 and 7 of clubs, a 9 of diamonds, a Jack of spades, and a 2 of hearts.
The thing about cards is, you've got to be able to pick up on very subtle things and make what you've got work to your advantage. Now, as we've seen Simon Sensation and Johnny Moxie have shown the world what they're all about and its greed. They want the world at their finger tips and they want the masses to hail them as the kings, but what have they done to deserve any of those accolades? Torn through a pretty division in the vane attempt to best me and my cousin? So what? Perhaps if the tag teams in SNW hadn't lost their damn hearts, things might have been a little more difficult for you. Perhaps you two clowns wouldn't even be on our radar. But thats speculation, the fact of the matter is that you're the next ones to challenge for the Texas Tag Team championships and so that makes you priority number one. SiMox is what we train for until we destroy you in that ring. But for now, this coming weekend, its just me and you Sensation. But what do you care, you just got that silly grin on your face and all that money, and an ego that will never quit. You've already got your mind set on winning so who am I to stop you? I'd tell you but you and Johnny have made it abundantly clear that you don't care and aren't scared.... even though thats generally the first sign of fear but whatever. You and Moxie can say and do whatever you want, but what it comes down to is the work you get done in the ring and so far, you're mediocre at best.
But how can I say that, I've seen so little of you two. Except that Moxie's been here and he's just a little above or below average depending on whether he cares that week or not. And he picked you to be his partner, which makes you average by default. So you its good that you have that little ego of yours to help get you through the day. Its a shame your level of skill isn't determined by ego, because if it was this place would be making money in numbers so huge that even Vinnie Mac would get jealous. You see, the down side to that is that you are one of those guys that thinks that they don't NEED to get better or do anything special to get the wins. You are the type of guy that thinks so highly of himself that you know in your heart and mind that you have all your bases covered. And if thats what you think, then good for you, but since I'm just SO OLD like all you idiot rookies who are either my age or even older seem to think, lets just say, I've learned a few tricks in my 5 or 6 years in this industry. I mean look at my wrinkles and grey hair here... Sometimes I think some of these wrestlers they bring into SNW just don't have the mental capacity to be in competition with a five year old, much less world wide phenomenon, multi time champion of every variety, and hall of famer. Simon, you think you've stacked the deck against me because you've done...nothing when compared to me. You seem to think that you've got some huge advantage over me, but you've never seen anything the likes of what I've been through. Compared to my past wrestling antics, a nice little one on one match with you isn't just tame, its more like a leisurely stroll down lollipop lane. So when I whip your little punk ass from post to post this weekend, don't bother shaking my hand, because if you even so much as put your hand out there, I'll break every finger on that particular hand. I don't want you to like me, I don't need your hand shakes or hugs or any other physical signs of affection. Respect is the name of the game and if you can't respect someone who is obviously better than you in every aspect of life, then I don't have any problem beating the respect out of you and leaving you laying in a pool of blood and going on to my next order of business. Why? Well because thats just the way I do things. I'm not friendly, I'm not nice, I'm not your buddy, so I don't need you to shake my hand. As far as I'm concerned, for now, you're just another guy gunning for a belt that I own and until that time is over, the only thing you can ever expect to get from me is a bruised ego and a loss on your little record that I'm sure you care so much about.
Whats really funny to me though is that you go on and on about how you're the best there is... how you and moxie are kings and blah blah blah. This isn't a card game, kid. It doesn't matter how many kings you have compared to the number of jokers there are... even though everybody knows that jokers are wild and in bunches they trump kings quite easily.. the point being, no matter how you slice it, no matter how you try to slant this... you're too stupid to understand that you're out matched. You haven't got the skills to match me. If you tried to fly, I'd bring you down, if you try to outrun me, I'll be three steps ahead. If you try to overpower me, I'll murder you with joint locks and pain. You can't even begin to imagine what its like being in my rank. Because you've spent your whole life associating with people beneath you... you don't understand how it feels to be the underdog. But you are, nobody knows who you are, nobody careds about you, and your family couldn't buy your way out of this no matter what the price. Doesn't matter if you're not afraid or impressed with what I've done so far in my career, it really doesn't... but the facts don't lie. I've done just about all there is to do in the wrestling industry and I them all without breaking much of a sweat in the ring, because my opposition have never worked as hard as I have to prepare for the big matches. I put more blood, sweat and tears into my training than I've ever shed in any wrestling match I've had. I do that to prepare myself for every possible scenario, what do you do Simon? Looks like you gamble for fun. So go ahead press your luck when you take me on, you'll roll snake eyes every time kid.
This coming Onslaught, you will have your first taste of a Soul Reaper ass whoopin'... and its one you won't soon forget. This isn't about teams, this isn't about belts, its about you knowing your rightful place below me and me beating some respect into your irrellevant ass. And then I'll move on as I always do and live my life day by day...per the usual. Just like this hand I've been dealt here. Win or lose, I'm not affected in the slightest because my life isn't dictated by one hand of cards. The thing is... when I make my bet, I go all in. All my chips are on the table and when it comes time to flip the cards, you'll know that I'm not bluffing. I watched enough of you to get a grip and I've studied your tricks. So when I flip over these two cards over here to my side... oh look, a pair of kings. SiMox, you didn't lie, and thats not a bad couple of cards to have. Unfortunately when you face me or Death Sentence as a whole, you'll see that when I flip over my cards like so.... ooooh, a pair of Aces. Didn't think of that did you? Looks like I win again. Don't expect any different on Onslaught slugger, because its just the nature of the beast. You aren't ready for me... and when its over and done with nobody will be surprised by that. Lets just hope I don't cripple you and make the future tag team bout null and void because you can't walk. See you in the ring, kid. Good luck too... you'll need it.
Reaper stands up looking down at his winning hand and then starts to laugh a little bit and then turns away from the table and walks away as we slowly fade to black.
