The scene opens up in the lobby of a hotel, where S.T. Strickler and Benson can be seen.
Strickler: So Chris Angel seems a little offended that me and Benson here didn't run our mouths after issuing the challenge. Well, we could've, but I'm sure that everybody would've seen that coming a mile away. So we decided to wait and see what Mr. Angel would have to say. You see, Chris, a wise man lets his enemy make the first move, and possibly the first mistake.
Benson: And Chris, you already made the first mistake. Thinking that it'll be an easy victory over us? Are you kidding? We're one of the most revered and feared teams in wrestling. Just ask those two idiots Syco and Levetation.
Strickler: It's too bad Chris doesn't really know what he's getting himself into. I guess being the Texas Heavyweight Champion gives you a little bit of extra confidence, but it surely doesn't give him any extra brains.
And speaking of championships, I can't wait for the 4-Up event coming soon. Mr. Angel, you'll be giving up that Badd Blood championship, and will have to hand it over to one of the guys who will beat you up soundly this Saturday..... which would be me.
Benson: Now Angel, you do realize this is a handicap match, right? That's a match where one man is at a total disadvantage. And that, Mr. Angel, would be you! You must be a real glutton for punishment by accepting our challenge. And as for you not "playing nice", that's quite alright, because me and Strickler don't like to play nice.
Strickler: I can't wait for this Saturday Night. We're going to take pleasure in physically dissecting you. But don't worry, because we're going to leave just enough for Jack Clinton. And if you don't like that, Angel, that's too bad because you're gonna have to get used to it.
Strickler and Benson walk down the hall as the scene fades out.
