What the hell is going on here?

A camera crew was scheduled to be at Jack Clinton's house for a promo but Jack has been nowhere to be found for the last couple of days. The camera crew has gone to his house anyway, as he left no notification of where he'd be or where he was going. Presumably he'd be heading back to Texas for this week's show, but considering just how much he likes to use his home for promos it's a little unnerving that he wouldn't be there.

Eventually one of the members of the camera crew finds a note. He brings it over to the other members of the crew and they all read it. It reads as such.

There comes a time in every man's career and every man's life where he has to start questioning why things have gone the way they have, and why you've let it get to that point. Why things you've wanted to fail have succeeded, and why things that you've wanted to succeed fail. Why no matter how many times your failures are not of your doing, no one wants to help you fix them. Why it seems that even your friends are against you and don't want you to succeed. Why, no matter how much better off you are than your opponents, it doesn't seem to matter.

Perhaps it's because I've reached an age where I can no longer be marketable. Maybe it's because I've let too many people take advantage of me over the last two years. Maybe it's because I don't have the look of a winner...that I don't run with the people who are considered "winners" by the best of the best (or should I have put that in quotes too). Either way, things need to start changing.

Whatever it is I mean by change I'm still not sure yet. But it's a question that I need to start asking myself...and if people don't like the answer then so be it. I need to start doing things differently and I'm going to start answering these questions Saturday night.
