The scene opens up in some nearby downtown restaurant. Seated at a table by himself is S.T. Strickler.
Strickler: Finally Levetation. Finally you and I square off in the battle to end all battles. I've been waiting a long time for this. And while we've gone at it a few times, you've came out on top each time. Well, not anymore. This will finally be the match where I put an end to this, and show who the better wrestler is.
You see Lev, my hatred for you doesn't just stem from our little rivalry here. No, it goes way back. When I joined FCW in '04, I wanted to be one of the big stars. All I did there was win the Middleweight Title, and make Pain Inc. the #1 stable in wrestling. And yet, for all the hard work I did, I never got a shot at the top. But you always did.
And then when the NAWA formed, I immediately came on board, knowing that I would get what's mine. And I did, winning the NAWA or RMW Championship. I proudly held that belt for months. But after that? No more top of the card glory for me. You? All the way to the top.
Lev, seeing you at the top in both the FCW and NAWA really tore at me. All my hard work meant jack because people like you always had to be in the way.
But that's all going to change. At The Main Event, I'm not just going to defeat you in that No Holds Barred match, I'm going to annihilate you. You're gonna get the beating of your life, and I'll see to it that you never rise above me again. And the best part of that match? I get to do to you whatever I want to. Same with Syco. He's my main man, and if he wanted to kick your teeth in, I'll stand by and let him have the pleasure. And if you don't like it, that's too bad because you're gonna have to get used to it!
