A video set to “Shipping up to Boston” by the Dropkick Murphys plays displaying Sean O’Brien’s abilities and fighting style in the wrestling ring. The video switches to footage of Sean fighting MMA – toe-to-toe standup fighting, passing an opponent’s guard and applying a submission hold on the ground, locking a Rear Naked Choke on an opponent and making him tap out. Footage then goes to Brock Lesnar beating Randy Couture at UFC 91. The scene then focuses on Sean O’Brien and Tony Spiccoli in front of the SNW banner.
S O’B: Just look at what happened at UFC 91: a former pro wrestler is the UFC Heavyweight Champion. It just shows what kind of real sport and real competition is out there. It also makes me seriously wonder why I ever left MMA to become a professional wrestler.
I mean, think about the fighters I could be facing in MMA: Chuck Liddell, Randy Couture, Kimbo Slice – well, on second thought, forget about Kimbo. But the MMA world is loaded with talent. Then think about my opponent for Guys’ Night Out: Extrano (pronounced by SOB “Extra-no”). Does Extrano compare Chuck or Randy or Tito Ortiz? I don’t think so!
The fact is with all my training there is nobody in SNW that can stop me. At Guys’ Night Out, Extrano (Extra-no) will be the first of many so-called athletes in this company to tap out to the Celtic Crippler.
TS: Extrano (pronounced correctly), I want you to take a close look into the eyes of this man right here. “The Celtic Crippler” Sean O’Brien is walking into Humperdink’s in Arlington Texas with one purpose: making you tap out. That’s it. It’s just that simple. You can do all the high-flying lucha libre you want to do, that’s fine. When Sean catches you, it’s over. We’ll see you on Saturday night.
“Shipping up to Boston” begins playing again as the scene fades away.
