The scene opens to Soul Reaper's studio training facility on the coast of California. The trees can be seen blowing in the wind and the skies are nice and clear. The camera pulls back to show that we were looking out of the massive window as Soul Reaper stands, looking out of the same window. There are a few people in the facility today training. Reaper turns around and faces the camera.
"Here we are, a few days away from Natural Selection and I see that my team is more than ready to face their opponents and send them all packing. Its not very often that you'll catch me in a match like this. I'm not what you'd call a very team oriented wrestler. Sure I've wrestled on a few teams but theres only one team that I can call home in tag wrestling and thats the Soul Assassins. Regardless, at Natural Selection I am the captain of my own team and I have to say that my team pretty damn good. Usually, when I get an off chance to do this kind of format, I usually get a team of pretty bad losers. So when I heard about this pay per view, you can imagine that I wasn't thrilled. This time around I have the Alley Ratz of Twitch and Eddy and my own blood... my true arch rival, my cousin Cyanide. These men all know how to get the job done in the ring and they've all got a lot of fight in them.
Twitch and Eddy, you two... while a little off the wall and somewhat odd, you guys are talented in a lot of aspects that some tag teams only wish they could be. When push comes to shove and you have your backs against the wall, you always put up and damn good fight and make it hard for anybody to beat you. I like that, its fresh anymore. Theres a lot of teams that would just give up and take the loss and then quit altogether to pursue something on their own, but you guys never back down and take it to anybody. The fact you guys are a tad on the strange side only helps your cause, because hey, if they can't figure you out then they can't truely beat you. And after meeting you...although you did delay my nap.. I can say that you're good team players. So try not to let me down, I've let you live this long, its the least you can do.
On the flipside of things, the other sides tag team aren't exactly horrible either. Xtreme Team, you guys have done some things, but really I question your drive these days. I question if you have that little bit extra that is required to make it further in your careers. When I look at the Alley Ratz... which is sparingly... I see passion. I see a want, no... a NEED to get better in the ring to further prove that they are a force to reckoned with. When I see Xtreme Team, it looks like you think you've proven all you need to and that you're not about to go out and try to prove anything esle to anyody. That's sad to me. The talent is there, I've seen that, but the drive seems to be gone. How do you expect to get passed my team when you don't seem to want to put out the extra effort if need be? There is always something to prove, and theres always somebody to prove it to. You guys are going to find that out the hard way when Reaper's Wrath rolls over you like a big rig rolls over a squirrel. But you'll see that in a few days.
Back to my team. Cyanide, over the last few years we've had our differences and the way it seems, we may still have some things to work out. Thats all fine and well in my book though. All I'm worried about is how well you carry yourself in this match with me. You've already shown that you can take on the biggest guy this team has in Omerta. You took that Von Erich title right off of him and for that I'm proud. Me and you have had several fights against eachother and I can honestly say that each time we did, you brought something new to the table and made me work that much harder to beat you. Cyanide, at Natural Selection, its not going to be about family, its not going to be about the bad blood, its going to be about team survival. I'm ready to work with you and I can only hope that you can work with me and when it comes down to it in the end, we can stand victorious and then move on and destroy some more people. Then, after we dominate at Natural Selection, if you want to go back to hating my guts for life, so be it. Like I said, all I care about is that night. We can destroy everybody in our way and then destroy eachother... just work with me.
... Moving on to Rick Roll, you, I just whooped your ass in an elimination tag match already. I can easily rip apart your lame knock off character or your pathetic attempts at dancing, but why? I can focus more on your talent now that I've seen it. I can tell you right now, that you're not going to stand a chance against any of us in that match. You are going to dance you way into oblivion. Maybe we'll beat you so bad that you'll figure out that your current way of wrestling isn't working... some new schtick maybe or some better training. But as of now, theres no hope for you at the pay per view. Good luck surviving it.
Finally, the captain of their team, Omerta. I've seen you since you came here and you were impressive for a few outings, but then something happened. You kept your strength, you may have kept some respect, but your honor is gone. And where is your pride? Your Dignity? All of these things seem to have vanished without a trace and why? Now you lead a team and the only thing you seem to be worried about is maybe getting a chance to get your title back. There is so much more to it than that, though. I can look into your eyes and I can see a man that was broken. My cousin seemingly took everything away from you and you could only sit there and whine that you were blinded by mist. Hey, been there, had it done to me so many more times than you that I may even hold a damn record. Get over it and fight. You want to get him back, I suggest you get out of your funk and fight harder than you've ever fought before. Because I can guarantee you that you will need to do just that to have a chance at surviving at Natural Selection. I never find any joy out of fighting with the shells of people that used to be good or even great. Its no fun competing with people who look like they've lost their will. When its time for us to fight and that bell sounds, I'll be more than ready to put you through a clinic and show you what strength, honor, and respect are really about. And all you will do is be destroyed by Reaper's Wrath. See you guys in the ring. Ashes to Ashes... Dust to Dust.[/color]
Reaper waves the camera off as he goes over to a group of students that are training together. He watches them and then steps in to give guidance as we slowly pan back to the window and fade to black watching the trees blow.
