PLEASE NOTE: These characters are NOT to be attacked in RPs unless given permission by me, except for Bob Sturm, who can be attacked at will.
Co-Owner
"The Excellent Gordie" Gordon Heath
"The Excellent Gordie" Gordon Heath has been the manager of grand slam tag champions the Sports Nutz(George Dunpork and Craig "Senior" Mueller) for over 10 years. After opening up the Going Sports Nutz Academy to train up and coming wrestlers, they decided to open their own wrestling promotion. Gordie needed a backer, so he emailed the owner of "Iconic Status." Little did he know that he became business partners with Matt Margera.
At one point, Gordie thought he had rid himself of Matt after Goryokaku took over co-ownership of SNW. However, when Gory sold his shares back, that opened the door for Matt to return as co-owner of SNW.
Co-Owner
Codi Shane
With Matt Margera electing to returning to in ring action, he had to sell his shares of Sports Nutz Wrestling. Purchasing Matt's 50% shares was none other than Going Sports Nutz Academy graduate Codi Shane. Will Codi do well as SNW co-owner at only 24 years old, or will her age lead to her self-destructing under pressure?
President
Myke Rhines
The host of a popular afternoon drive radio show in Dallas/Fort Worth, Myke Rhines started off as the manager of the infamous Insurgence stable, leading Vincent Matthews to the SNW Texas Heavyweight Title, as well as leading the Young Gunz to the SNW Texas Tag Team Titles. However, when Insurgence disbanded, many wondered what would become of the Old Gray Wolf. When word got out that SNW was looking to elect a president, Myke Rhines went to work campaigning for the election, which he somehow won by default, getting past nominees such as "The Essence of Excellence" Robert Evans, Mike Bacsik, Rocco Pendola, Russ Martin and others.
Play by Play Commentator
Candice Crawford
First off, NO relation to former SNW backstage reporter, Misty Crawford. Candice Crawford was named the new play by play commentator for Saturday Night Onslaught when Mark Followill announced his resignation due to SNW being televised live making it hard to shuffle his busy schedule that includes calling play by play for the Dallas Mavericks. Candice Crawford is well known to people of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex as a sports reporter for CW 33, the CW affiliate in DFW, and is also dating Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo. Now with Guys Night Out becoming a periodic TV special and with Mark Bishop leaving for Las Vegas, Candice Crawford has now become the voice of SNW.
Color Commentator
Jason Martel
Was one of the first graduates of the Going Sports Nutz Academy, but a serious neck injury that he suffered wrestling in Japan has kept him out of action. Has been brought on to be the color analyst for SNW, and always has some sort of sarcastic remarks to make about the wrestlers he doesn't like, which more often than not are the fan favorites. In fact, he blatantly cheers for the wrestlers that the fans hate.
Ring Announcer
Harry Sachs
Harry Sachs has been announcing for over ten years. He began his career doing Ticket Tickers for Sportsradio 1310 the Ticket in Dallas. However, his audition Ticker was so horrible that he never even made it onto the Ticket airwaves. He then moved to up north in Rhode Island, taking club DJ gigs wherever he could find them. Then one fateful night in 2003, Vince Bischoff, then owner of the now defunct WCE, happened to be in a club that Sachs was DJing for. Bischoff was so impressed by Sachs' work that he hired him on the spot as the ring announcer for WCE. Sachs was the announcer up until the promotion closed its doors in late 2007.
Interviewer/Reporter
Brenda Price
Brenda Price has possibly the most extensive resume of everyone in SNW. She has guest starred on the TV series "Angel," was the news girl for the syndicated Lex and Terry radio show, had a recurring role on One Life To Live, and had lead roles in "The Road From Erebus," "Los Jodedores," and "Blink." Has also worked for Eric Bischoff Productions.
SNW Interviewer/Spot Commentator
Bob "The Sturminator" Sturm
A graduate of the late Jerry Falwell's Liberty University, the Sturminator has made his mark in Dallas/Fort Worth radio on the popular lunchtime radio show on Sportsradio 1310 the Ticket, BaD Radio, along with his co-hosts Dan McDowell and Donovan Lewis. Myke Rhines, a close friend of Sturm, referred him over to Gordon Heath. Heath, a die-hard P1 of the Ticket, hired Sturm without so much as giving him an audition.
GNO Commentator/Interviewer
Koko B. Ware
There is no denying Koko B. Ware's place in the pro wrestling industry. He spent a good portion of his career with WWE, back when it was the WWF, bringing his pet macaw Frankie to the ring with him as he encouraged fans to do the "Bird, Bird, Bird" and spread the message that love was like a "Piledriver." After his release from WWE, Koko took bookings all over the indy wrestling circuit, then somehow found his way to WCE as the color commentator. He serves as a color commentator for Guys Night Out. However, with it being a periodic TV special now, he has also been given interviewing duties. Rumor has it that he still has not gotten over the death of his pet macaw, Frankie, even going so far as to deny that Frankie ever died.
GNO Commentator
Tammy Winters
Tammy is pretty much the token HPA(Hot Piece of Ass) for Guys Night Out, much like how Vince McMahon put Tammy "Don't call me Sunny" Sytch in the announcers booth for the early days of WWF Shotgun Saturday Night to lure in the 18-34 male demographic. Many wonder if she'll really add anything useful as it pertains to wrestling commentary, or if she'll just be fawning over wrestlers she likes and sounding like she's ready to puke for wrestlers she doesn't like. As for her resume, Tammy has been a Ticketchick for Dallas radio station 1310 the Ticket, has appeared on the now defunct local Dallas television show Deep Ellum Alive, and runs her own website, tammywinters.com, which is very much NSFW. Guys Night Out being a periodic TV special seems to work out perfect for Tammy given all her outside projects.
Interviewer
IP Freely
IP Freely is yet another mainstay of the now defunct WCE. It's ironic that he works for Sports Nutz Wrestling, as he was beaten senseless the first time he tried to interview the Sports Nutz during their first stint in WCE back in 2004.
Senior Referee
Rick Maynard
Has been a referee all over the indy circuit for over five years. As the senior official of SNW, he is the referee for the major matches(usually the main event).
Referee
Mike Croft
Has a little over two years referee experience under his belt, refereeing bouts in Texas and Oklahoma.
Referee
Danny Travers
Just recently graduated from the Going Sports Nutz Academy, having completed training to be a referee. Is shy and always seems to find himself caught in the crossfire of a heated contest, usually getting bumped on accident.[/color]
