Sean O’Brien is backstage in front of the SNW banner.
S O’B: It’s obvious by the numerous signs I’ve seen in the crowd at last week’s show that I don’t need to introduce myself to the majority of the SNW fans, but you don’t know who I am, my name is Sean O’Brien.
For those that don’t know me, I’ll give you a little history lesson. I was born and raised in Boston. I’m the third of 4 siblings with two older brothers and a younger sister. In High School, I lettered in Wrestling and trained in Boxing at the Y. After High School I trained for a career in MMA under Pat Miletich and Miletich Fighting Systems in Bettendorf, IA. I actually lost my first two professional fights and that’s when Nick Scott contacted me about coming to his school to learn professional wrestling. Six months later, I win my first singles championship – the North American Wrestling Alliance Television Championship. I stayed loyal to that company until it went out of business and now here I am looking for a fresh start in SNW.
This Sunday night, I’m in a triple threat match with Alex Daniels and Andrew Smith. I know Smith quite well from our days in NAWA, but that was then and this is now. The fact is that I have your number and it doesn’t matter that there’s a third man in the ring.
Speaking of which, “Kid Thunder” Alex Daniels says he’s going to send me packing back to Ireland. Daniels, I’ll let you in on a little secret: you can’t be “thunder struck.” Thunder is the sound that comes after lightning. So, being effectively the Thunder Kid, you run right behind the Lightning Kid, aka X-Pac. X-Pac sucks and so do you.
SNW, Sean O’Brien is here for one reason: to kick someone’s ass every time I step into that ring. And this Sunday I’m walking out of that ring with the victory over Daniels and Smith and moving up in the singles ranks here in SNW.
End.
