Jack Clinton is on the phone with Chris P.
So what exactly are you gonna say?
Trust me. We'll be on the same page.
We better be. After the shit you pulled last week I don't know how I can even team with you again.
Jack, believe me, I'll explain everything.
Alright. I'll see you there.
Don't worry about a thing. Peace.
Jack hangs up the phone and turns to the camera.
Why is it that there seems to be a six man tag match on every card involving me? What purpose are we trying to serve here? I don't think anybody, myself and my partners included, enjoy being booked in the same match over and over again, but you know what? Whatever. It's not gonna matter what happens. What is going to matter is that there is no way in hell that I'm going to be on the losing side. Especially considering the team we're facing.
Danny, Tyler, Steve, I don't know who you are or what you think you're going to do, but let's put it like this- you ain't gonna beat us and that's that. We got a guy who never will be, a guy who hasn't earned his keep, and another guy named Steve across the ring from us and how can you not judge that we'll be an overwhelming favorite? How could you even THINK you'd win when facing us?
Yes, Drunky, Chris Angel is the paper champion. That makes him the top dog and you need to start showing a little more respect. Because you're not going to get any closer to the title than you are Saturday. If I have anything to do with it not only are you going to lose Saturday, I'm gonna make sure that you never talk shit again. Because there's something that bothers me about a guy who couldn't beat Mike LaFontaine thinking he's better than Chris Angel, Chris P., or Jack Clinton. Between us we have more titles than you've had girlfriends. We have more wrestling ability in our toenails than you have in your body. It's obvious- you lost to Mike LaFontaine.
I would suggest that none of you show up, but you know something? You all need to be taught a lesson. A lesson in respect. You don't belong in the same ring with anybody, much less three people like us. And even if we may not be on the same page, that still doesn't give you any chance. Your best chance is if you knock us all out with chloroform, drag us all to the ring, and pin us all- then fight over which of you gets the Texas Championship.
All you need to know is that you're not coming out of The Main Event with a win. That's it, that's all. And you can either accept that fact or try and change it to a more favorable outcome for you.
Hopefully, the right choice is made. I don't want to be responsible for the end of your careers...
