Gerweck.net, wresteview.com, and wrestlingonthefringe.com are reporting that Summer Sammartino Rutherford was arrested hours ago.
"An anonymous source provided authories in Texas with information about the Sports Nutz Wrestling vandalism, which lead Texas authorites to call Pennsylvania police officers. Pittsburgh detectives arrested Sammartino and took her to headquaters. Detectives say Texas detectives will speak to Sammartino soon."
------------------------------------- More on Summer's arrest:
A call went in to Dallas police (10:05am EST) that said that Summer was telling people that she had been saying that she planned on making the Sports Nutz life hell due to them re-signing to the company and was carrying it out. The detectives called Pittsburgh police at 1:23 PM EST to ask for her arrest. Texas authorities think she hired someone to carry out the crime.
Mike Rutherford was interviewed leaving the jail. "Someone is lying. Summer had no reason to vandalize a Texas promotion." Andrew Smith and Emily Rutherford couldn't be reached for comment.
Matt Margera, co-owner of SNW, said he couldn't see Summer doing what was done. "Despite our history I can't see her doing this. Not Summer. Vince Bischoff, maybe." Matt then went on a rant about how Vince Bischoff, owner of the now defunct WCE, owed him millions of dollars, but we fell asleep because he went on so long so we can't print what he said.
We will post more as this develops.

Yep, 5:30 in the morning and I'm awake. Don't ask
Gerweck.net posted the following:
Summer Sammartino, co-owner of the PCW, was released from the Pittsburgh police headquarters at around 11:15pm EST. Texas detectives come to realize that Sammartino, who is four months pregnant, had no involvement in the vandalism with Sports Nutz Wrestling.
"At this time we have concluded that Summer Rutherford couldn't have pulled anything off. When the vandalism is thought to have occured she was with her family. We apologized to her and she accepted. She is completely ruled out as a suspect."
