Graveyard Shift
A Kijar Donnelly Roleplay
Kijar Donnelly
The scene opens with bright lights shining in the open sky between a vast amount of trees. In between the trees is a field, filled with gravestones. A gate seals the graves stones in between the trees. The camera zooms in to see a short man shoveling dirt into an open grave. The angle comes in from the front now, seeing the face of the man, revealing him to be Kijar Donnelly.
"I've been sittin' here for over three hours, just choveling dirt into this empty grave, ova hea. Why? Because if I don't, then it leaves a spot, it leaves a reason for someone to die. With something like that available, then the coroners and the grave diggers are just gonna look around for people to die, just so they can get their pay, just so they can go home early. That don't sit right with me. I bust my butt off day in and day out in that ring, and I don't sit around and wait for people to join the business, just so I can get some new talent, just so I, of all people, get a new target. I look at the old, the slightly new, I don't just wait around and let life come to the likes of me. Ya know what I'm sayin'?
I see it like this, if you let the talent keep coming, then you're bound to forget about the great opponents that are already among you. In this case, he isn't a great talent. I see my opponent for Onslaught as a... destructive talent. He's brash, and tough. That's about all I see in him, because with what he's done, he hasn't shown me skill. He hasn't shown the Italian Stallion any talent... He's just shown me despicable decimation, and foul ways of such. I sit ova hea, waiting for another opportunity to show what I really got, and I see my Onslaught opponent as an opportunity not just to show all of yous what I got, but also to prove my point. My Onslaught opponent is Robert Ravencroft."
The camera view shows Kijar shovel more dirt into the grave.
"I aint aware how, but somehow, you, of all people, were the one to make Lucky Kage's career, ova hea, a short one. I was in disbelief when I heard about it, and I've been tryin' to cope with it, but the truth is that I just can't deal with how you put him out of action for good. You think Seth's been freakin' out? He's been beyond that. He's been callin' me up practically every second of the day, just to see if I'm okay. Crazy, right? He thinks YOU can hurt ME. Yeah, I was shocked too. He thinks that the king of dirt can defeat the Italian Stallion. No, he thinks that you can destroy me. Yous are the complete opposite of me, and Ima use that to my advantage.
What you did to Lucky, that was horrible. I was just startin' to like him, and you went off and put him out. That's not right. I can't stand by and let that happen without you bein' punished. So, here's my consent I'm sendin' you, I hope you hear it. I know the Bad Blood Championship is on the line, and that makes it all the more desperate. Rob, I'm going to have to show you what it means to be beaten, broken, and destroyed. I'll leave you just like that. No matter how I have to do it, I will. Why? Because I can. When? Onslaught. How? The same way I always take out my opponents. Ima end your undefeated streak before you realize how great it was..."
Kijar jumps in surprise when he hears a ringtone. He drops the shovel and grabs his cell phone out of his pocket.
"Hello? Yeah, Seth, I'm fine. What? No, I can't prove it! Why would I? Man, I'm fine ova hea. I'm just at the graveyard---No, I'm not ova hea because I got hurt... Relax. Why you worryin' so much? I'll be okay, Ravencroft can't stop me. Stop worrying about it, and don't take it for yourself. I can handle myself, and I don't want you out there on Saturday as some kind of Revenge attack, alright? Okay, I'll see ya later."
Kijar hangs up the phone and looks at the camera.
"Now, Ravencroft, you think that I'm scared of you? You think I don't wanna face you? Of all people, I don't wanna face you? Even though I was able to overcome the odds in the Destruction Crew Buffet Invitational back at 4-Up and win a shot at the Bad Blood Title? And then I went on to face James Jackson, ova hea, and took his Bad Blood Title that he so desperately won at 4-Up, by making him tap out. Then, I went into a match so dangerous as the Ultimate X, but with a two ring twist, and I became the reason Y Kores are now the Texas Tag Team Champions... But I'm supposed to be scared of you? You're a joke.
My confidence is just a way to prove all of yous wrong. I'm overconfident because I can back it up. I'm not like all those other cocky guys. I can back up my words, and that's what I do for a living. This self-professed 'age of ravencroft' will NEVER exist. Right now, the only age around here is the age of Jack Clinton. Why? Because he holds the top prize. What do I hold? The Bad Blood Championship. I don't have this for no reason. I have it because I shed a whole lot of... bad blood. Ravencroft, you think I'm scared of you, but yous the one who has no idea what he's in for. If I don't end you, I will at least make you learn of what I can do. And I can beat yous."
He throws the hat he was wearing on the ground and exits the scene, which fades to black.[/center]
