Kijar Donnelly
Seth Davids
The scene opens with Kijar and Seth walking out of a hospital.
"Yous gotta stop beatin' yourself up for it, ova hea. That's all I'm sayin', alright?"
"Yeah, well I'm just wondering how he's STILL in the hospital."
"I was thinkin' the same thing, but that don't mean he wont be alright. He aint Lucky for no reason."
"The doctor..."
"Just 'cause the doc' said he might not be able to wrestle again, don't mean he wont. He's a fighter."
"It could happen again."
"Its hard to see reassure ya, when yous bein' so negative all the time."
"Oh, alright, sorry... Uh, what did you wanna talk about again?"
"The match!"
"Which one?"
"The one comin' up at Onslaught! Don't you eva pay attention, ova hea? I know he's your nephew but all yous been doin' is worryin' about 'em, hopin' he'd be okay, what about us, Seth? He's in a safe place. He's in the hospital. He's under treatment. Where are yous? Where am I? Where are we? We are in the wrestling business. It doesn't get much more dangerous than that. We go into the ring week in and week out to perform, and its becoming less and less worth it as time goes on. You're worrying about someone in intensive care, when I lost a graveyard match to the same guy who put him in the hospital. The same guy who took my Bad Blood Title. The same guy who I have to face again at the next Main Event. The same guy whose on the same team we oppose at Onslaught, Seth. Yous aren't understandin' me, you see? Yous never listen. You worry, and worry, and worry. Not about yourself. Not about me, the guy that you trained, formed a bond and a tag team with. Instead, you're worrying about someone whose already taken care of. There's nothing more WE can do for Lucky."
"I didn't realize..."
"And that's another thing, its always WE lately. The Switch Stallions. A unit. Where's Kijar Donnelly's career? Where's Seth Davids' career?"
"Are you kidding?"
"Oh, is that what its seemin' like?"
"No, no, no, no, no. You criticize me. You patronize ME. I'm worrying about someone whom I've known for his entire life. I'm worrying about someone who I'm related to. And on top of all that, you can't be complaining about not being recognized as an individual. You left me hanging in the Destruction Crew Buffet Invitational for you. You did it for you. You won a shot at a singles title for you. You won the singles title for you. If there's anyone who hasn't been recognized as an individual around here its me. I'm older, and more experienced then both you and Vince. Yet, I'm the 'third wheel' in the stable? What the hell, Kijar? Don't pull out one of those big Italian speeches unless you can back it up the right way."
"Oh, I see. The two of us can't be worryin' about the tag team match anymore, we gotta be worryin' about our personal problems, ova hea."
"Fine, you wanna worry about the match? I'm angry at Robert Ravencroft for taking away my nephew's dream. I'm furious at Ravencroft for putting my nephew in the hospital, and then using it as a gateway to intimidate people. Kijar Donnelly is angry at Robert Ravencroft for taking away his first ever taste of gold. Is that gold recognized by his tag team partner, with whom he joined the company? No. Kijar Donnelly is angry at Robert Ravencroft for taking away his singles championship, which he so desperately NEEDED."
"Now yous gettin' personal."
"I'm not done. Then, Ravencroft's two partners are the same people that are so damn pissed off at a certain person for what he did, and pull another in on it. The Enforcers of Pain are angry at Kijar Donnelly for costing them the Texas Tag Team Titles in the Ultimate X match, and all of a sudden that means they're mad at Seth Davids, too, right? I don't think that's very fair. Sure, I trained you, I'm the reason you're here, but we both know I'm not responsible for who you get in trouble with."
"Yeah? And I aint responsible for who yous nephew gets in trouble with."
"You took that too hard. Lucky's out now, and that means Robert's lookin' for a new target. He picked you."
"Good thing yous my partner, right, 'cause you can get revenge for yourself, and me."
"Yeah, fine. I guess I'm just in over my head then. I'm not sure what I think about Matt Ward. If he wants on the team he's gotta prove his worth. So far, he lost to a cocky bastard who calls himself Tiger. Now, he's gonna team with us in a very dangerous situation. If he doesn't have our backs, then we wont even make it to the main event to protect Vince and Clinton."
"Well, we gotta make sure then. Val's a tough girl, eh?"
"Yeah, but we know Ravencroft's not afraid to hit a lady."
"So, wes gotta protect Val, watch our own backs, hope we can get along, help out Vince and Clinton later, and hope Ward doesn't turn on us or fall behind?"
"Pretty much."
"Then wes in this together. Once a Switch Stallion, always a Switch Stallion, ova hea."
The two climb inside a car across the parking lot they were walking though, as the scene fades to black.[/center]
