First of all, I want to thank everyone that has signed up recently for the SNW efed. Now as you all know, there's been a recent growth spurt for the SNW roster, and we all know that it can be challenging to book shows when the roster is pretty big. This is something I've discussed with a couple of my staff members, but I'd like the thoughts on the regular members as well so that you all don't feel left out of the loop. What would be some good ideas for solutions to a good-sized roster? Should we rotate bookings? Ask members with multiple characters that have no connection whatsoever(i.e. Emo Kid's three characters of Emo Kid, Rick Roll and Omerta) which character they want the booking committee to focus on more? Cut the sign-ups off after a number of wrestlers have been signed up? What solutions do you all have?

I think, the better idea is to rotate bookings really, i don't think you should ever cut off sign ups cos then you may get slurred for it lol. The idea of choosing characters to focus on more would work as well, but in every fed i've been part of they usually Rotate bookings OR make bigger shows more often so everyone gets a chance. When i say bigger shows i mean more like, a bigger card for Onslaught or GNO, not just like PPV's a PPV should have everyone who's been making offorts into getting there, whereas itsa understandable when a little show doesnt have everyone, cos they never do. But yeah, i reckon Rotating Booking would be good (y) ^^

I'm at work so have to be quick with this, but there is always the roster split idea, that every other fed has out there. As far as people having more then one charachter, hell if they have to do so let them have there moment, in the case of being fair in trying to make sure everone get's on a card, maybe have those people be in a tag match toghther or something along those lines. And as far as the roster goes a roster cap is allways good, you get to many people it might be hard to keep up with ever one and the problem your facing now, making sure everyone gets a chance to wrestle.
ok got to go, need to get some reports done.
peace, Chris (Scott Jacobs)

Its not really a matter of splitting the roster at this point. Its the number of dedicated writers available. We don't to over do the writers because burn out happens and that will create a slow down. If we had more people writing or volunteers from non staff that could help, but at the moment, keeping the cards not too crowded while also allowing the writers time to get things done and situated is the main concern.

It's because of writers why i have always been with feds when they do the rotation style booking, it works, and you don't need a ton of writers to do them, for a PPV the cards are always bigger anyway...
I don't think splitting would be a decent idea yet, as half of the members here have more than one character, and it can make things awkward for everyone having to RP for more than one character, for two different shows in a week or two... i've been there lol.so have a lot of the people i know here. i think that the cards are at a decent size now, if anything, maybe add a match or so to give people a little bit more chances to get booked, and if contacted first, i'll write anything for you lol.
i reckon, that eventually thew only option will be to make shows weekly instead of bi-weekly, just to save some people from getting bored. but i think with the size of SNW at the moment, everything is ok as it is for now, maybe at one match every show, but i don't think much needs to be changed yet. ^^
Sorry if im annoying anyone lol, this is only my views ^^

I've actually toyed with the idea of making Guy's Night Out a more regular show, alternating between Onslaught and GNO. For example, have people booked for Onslaught one week, then others booked for GNO the next week. The cards for TV shows could be 5-6, and PPV would be whatever we can do.

I like that Idea. Have GNO kind of like Heat or Velocity.

I like that Idea. Have GNO kind of like Heat or Velocity. Not so much, as GNO would advance storylines and would feature anyone on the roster.

I like the idea of cycling the roster that way everyone gets used and different people have the shot of headlining the show. And I'm not just saying that because I do that in the PCW.
